Trump brothers at the Bitcoin conference: "It will be 170 thousand dollars"

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, and his sons Donald Jr. and Eric Trump took the stage at the Bitcoin 2025 conference held in Las Vegas to share their interest in the cryptocurrency sector and their projects. Donald Jr. suggested that Bitcoin could exceed $170,000 by the end of 2026.

Eric Trump emphasized that the demand for Bitcoin has outstripped its supply, stating, "Even 0.1 Bitcoin will be worth a fortune in the future." Donald Jr. predicted that Bitcoin could trade between 150,000 and 175,000 dollars by the end of 2026. The Trump brothers are actively involved in various crypto ventures, such as the DeFi project World Liberty Financial and the mining company American Bitcoin. It has been announced that American Bitcoin is connected to the Trump family's American Data Centers and plans to go public through a SPAC merger.

Eric Trump stated that MicroStrategy's founder, Michael Saylor, directed them towards crypto. Eric said, "The pioneer of the industry encourages smart people to compete." He mentioned that many private institutions and even royal families have established Bitcoin reserves.

Eric, who made harsh criticisms of the traditional financial system, said, "Our accounts suddenly stopped working. The system has been turned into a weapon." Stating that he wants the big banks to disappear, Eric argued that cryptocurrency has made the system more transparent, faster, and functional.

On the other hand, the new bill proposed by Maxine Waters from the Democratic Party last week aims to prohibit politicians and their close family members from making large investments in cryptocurrencies. The Trump family's crypto transactions are also under congressional scrutiny.
