According to Bloomberg, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that the company will continue to prioritize international markets despite the stablecoin bill in America, and is closely monitoring how the Genius Act treats foreign issuers.

He revealed that Tether may issue a legally compliant stablecoin to attract institutional investors, while also negotiating with one of the "Big Four" for a comprehensive audit.

Regarding the stablecoin issued by the bank, Ardoino expressed no concerns, emphasizing that Tether's target users are the 3 billion people worldwide without bank accounts.
