Introduction to Suilend

Note: Stablecoins, ETH, and SOL on Sui all need to be crossed into the wormhole. Due to the large amount of SOL borrowed in the short term, the SOL Interest Rate soared, with the SOL Interest Rate mostly ranging from 0 to 7% annualized for deposits and less than 1% or even negative for borrowing.
