SEC Chairman Gary Gensler spoke about altcoins and claimed that most of them are securities. Meanwhile, the SEC has requested Ripple to submit its 2022-2023 financial statements and post-Complaint agreements governing corporate sales. According to the filing, corporate sales include sales of unregistered securities for the pre-Complaint period.
