Haseeb Qureshi, managing partner at Dragonfly Capital, tweeted that recently, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) clarified in a public trial that previous media reports about plans to charge Dragonfly were inaccurate, and that neither Dragonfly nor any of its executives are the subjects of the investigation.
