Zhongfu Industrial: Yicheng Venture Capital plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 1%.

Jin10 reported on July 7 that Zhongfu Industrial announced that its shareholder Yicheng Chuangtou, holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 40 million shares within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized Bidding, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. Yicheng Chuangtou currently holds 200 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital, with the shares coming from judicial transfer. This reduction is a decision made by Yicheng Chuangtou based on its own operational development needs, and the actual reduction in quantity and price is uncertain.
