Odaily星球日报讯 Australie AI consulting company founder Paul Conyngham published on the X platform, revealing the complete technical process of designing personalized mRNA cancer vaccines for pet dogs using multiple AI chatbots. The dog was diagnosed with malignant mast cell cancer in May 2024, and approximately 300GB of data was obtained through whole genome and RNA sequencing. With the collaboration of ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok, target screening, protein structure modeling, and vaccine sequence design were completed, ultimately identifying the c-KIT gene mutation and screening 7 new antigen targets.

The vaccine was prepared by a related research team at the University of New South Wales and administered at the University of Queensland’s School of Veterinary Science. The overall treatment plan includes a combination of mRNA vaccines, tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and PD-1 inhibitors, with the administration schedule assisted by AI. After treatment began in December 2025, some tumors shrank within three months, but there were still non-responsive lesions that required surgical intervention. Experts noted that this case is a single individual practice and does not constitute a universal medical conclusion.
