On September 9, Boyaa Interactive (00434.HK) announced that, under a general authorization, it would issue up to 63.51 million shares at a placement price of HKD 6.95 per share. Boyaa Interactive intends to use approximately 90% of the proceeds from this placement to purchase Bitcoin to promote the Group's business development in the Web3 field and will continue to seek opportunities to invest in suitable third-party Web3 games and related projects, as well as to independently develop the Group's Web3 games and infrastructure to further consolidate the Group's market position in the online gaming sector. The remaining approximately 10% of the proceeds from this placement will be used for the Group's working capital and general corporate purposes.
