[BitPush] According to reports, NYSE-listed company Mega Matrix Inc.(NYSE American: MPU) today announced that it has submitted a $2 billion universal shelf registration statement (Form F-3, hereinafter referred to as the shelf registration) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to support the stablecoin governance token (DAT) strategy and is committed to building the world's largest stablecoin governance token DAT company. After announcing last week that the Ethena governance token ENA will be the main target of the MPU stablecoin governance token DAT strategy, MPU plans to leverage this financing flexibility to raise funds to systematically accumulate leading stablecoin governance tokens.
