Analyzing the large capital flows in the Bitcoin market can be done not only by observing the proportion of large on-chain transfers but also by calculating the average transfer amount per transaction. This metric reflects the scale of funds behind each transaction, providing us with an important perspective on the changes in the structure of market participants.

When the average transfer amount rises, it usually indicates that recent transactions are dominated by large amounts, which is often related to the operations of institutional investors or large holders. Conversely, a decrease in the value suggests that transactions are primarily small amounts, which may stem from the daily trading activities of retail investors.

Although the average funding volume is not directly related to the price of Bitcoin, it can serve as a valuable auxiliary indicator to help us understand market dynamics. Recent data shows that this indicator displays a high degree of consistency with 'the proportion of single transactions over 10 million dollars in the total on-chain settlement volume.'

It is worth noting that during significant fluctuations in Bitcoin prices, the average transaction amount often surges suddenly. This phenomenon is particularly evident when prices approach highs or lows, reflecting the intense competition of large funds at critical price levels.

Looking at the current market cycle, Bitcoin has already experienced a maximum pullback of 30%. The current price has dropped about 13% from the peak level of $124,000. Considering the adverse macro factors, the pressure for market adjustment should not be underestimated.

However, as the US economy has not yet shown obvious signs of recession and the overall monetary policy leans towards easing, some funds have begun to become active again. This may indicate that the market is about to enter a new phase.

Investors should closely monitor changes in the average transfer amount, in conjunction with other market indicators, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the trends and potential opportunities in the Bitcoin market. At the same time, they should also be vigilant about the risks brought by market volatility and ensure proper capital management and risk control.
