Once upon a time, there was a farmer who carried water to irrigate his fields every day, using two wooden buckets. One was intact, while the other had a crack at the bottom. Every time he carried water, the good bucket would always fill up, while the broken bucket would leak water all the way, leaving only half a bucket by the time they reached the field. After a few years, the broken bucket felt very guilty and finally said to the farmer one day, "I'm sorry, I've wasted so much of your water." The farmer smiled and said, "Did you not notice? Only on your side of the path did wildflowers bloom." It turned out he had known for a long time that the bucket would leak, so he had sown flower seeds along the path, and thanks to this little "waste," a beautiful scene bloomed along the entire path.

Sometimes, seemingly imperfect paths can lead to unexpected results. Just like the current Bitcoin ecosystem, many people in the past thought that BTC could only be "held", and that entering DeFi was cumbersome and had high barriers to entry, but some new attempts are changing that.

A few days ago, I tried @build_on_bob, and integrating BTC into DeFi was much simpler than I expected. The one-click functionality of the BOB Gateway is particularly practical; exchanging for stablecoins, earning yields, and withdrawing from staking, which used to require several steps, can now be completed in one transaction, saving time and effort.

For liquidity providers, now is also a good time to participate. Providing liquidity to the RFQ order book not only brings returns but also helps improve the overall trading efficiency of the network. As more and more people use it, the ecosystem continues to improve, and the experience becomes smoother. Perhaps it's like that little path overgrown with wildflowers; we are walking on a once-overlooked path full of possibilities.
