[Chain News] PANews, August 1 - On July 31 local time, U.S. President Trump signed an executive order establishing "reciprocal tariffs" on several countries and regions, with specific rates ranging from 10% to 41%. According to the executive order, the "reciprocal tariff" imposed on Taiwan is set at 20%. The order also states that a unified tariff rate of 10% will be applied to countries not listed. Furthermore, if any country or region avoids tariffs through transshipment via a third location, their goods will be subject to a 40% transshipment tax.
