A scathing letter condemning the government's disregard for the demands of the security industry regarding hidden issues.

Dear Sir/Madam:
Officials of the Republic of China government, whether in power or in opposition, along with legislators and the Ministry of Labor, show incompetence in facing the low salaries and dark issues of the security industry, rendering them useless! Security personnel earn only 45,000-65,000 NTD per month, far lower than the salaries of supervisors in the technology industry (80,000-150,000 NTD, source: DeskCove), and even less than the income of illegal foreign workers, making it one of the lowest-paid industries in Taiwan. Even more shocking is that the industry’s dark practices are rampant, with 288 hours of work only compensated for 240 hours, leading to severe exploitation, yet no one raises questions! Senior government officials and lawmakers turn a blind eye, and the Ministry of Labor takes no action, allowing security personnel to run around and hold multiple jobs, yet they cannot even ensure basic dignity and compensation. Such disregard for workers’ rights not only turns the security industry into a laughing stock but will also invite social discontent and divine retribution! Fiscal imbalance and social injustice arise because you ignore the blood and sweat of grassroots workers.
