Dare to trade. Dare to win.
I have found too many companies hiring people, especially when recruiting for more junior positions or fresh graduates, that completely do not train their employees and do not consider the long-term development and synergy of personnel and teams. They treat people purely as consumables, providing very little context and shallow feedback while overloading them with work, and when employees resign or their output decreases, they just give up.
This approach is completely inconsistent with my own values, and even from a utilitarian perspective, it is not a suitable choice:
It is impossible to find and retain outstanding talent, leading to a decline in overall talent level and team culture, making it difficult to accumulate long-term professional knowledge... Another crucial point - if there is still a need to heavily rely on "disposable talent", it indicates that AI Agent has not been utilized effectively.
