Hilbert Group has reached a financing protocol of 15.8 million USD with LDA Capital to increase its holdings of Bitcoin.
On July 23, according to @btcNLNico's monitoring, Hilbert Group reached a structural financing agreement with LDA Capital for 150 million Swedish Krona (approximately 15.8 million USD) to support its Bitcoin reserve strategy. This "ATM-like" financing mechanism allows for flexible withdrawal of funds over 36 months to increase Bitcoin holdings.
