On July 19, Cantor Equity Partners IV, a SPAC entity under Wall Street investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald led by Brandon, son of U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, submitted an IPO application. This is its fifth SPAC project, having previously reached two Bitcoin asset reserve agreements.
