Jin10 reported on July 10 that on July 9 local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky met with U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine Kurt Volker in the Italian capital, Rome. Volker was part of the U.S. delegation attending the International Conference on Ukraine Reconstruction held from July 10 to 11 in Rome. Zelensky stated that the two sides discussed issues such as purchasing U.S. weapons, conducting joint defense production, achieving local production of weapons in Ukraine, and sanctions against Russia. Previously, U.S. President Trump had promised to provide Ukraine with additional weapons.
