The report emphasizes the strong correlation between ETF inflows and the price trends of leading digital assets. Historical data shows that when inflows exceed 50,000 BTC, the price of Bitcoin often rises significantly, as observed in the fourth quarter of 2024 and early 2025. During these periods, Bitcoin rapidly climbed to new highs, primarily driven by institutional demand, which is reflected in the purchases of spot ETFs.
The Ecoinometrics model shows that the potential target for exchange-traded funds is $117,000 if revenues continue to grow. This model uses past inflow growth to assess fair value, while current dynamics indicate that BTC may soon return to the high price range historically associated with strong accumulation of funds.
