Odaily Planet Daily News Citibank said in its research report that the likelihood of the United States establishing an encryption strategic reserve seems greater after Trump announced over the weekend that XRP, SOL, ADA, BTC, and ETH would be included in the encryption strategic reserve. Analyst Alex Saunders believes that the US government's further plans may become strategic holders of digital assets, enhancing the legitimacy of this asset class. Citibank pointed out that the US government currently holds about $19. billion in Cryptocurrency, mainly in BTC, while its gold holdings amount to $750 billion. The bank stated that providing more support by further clarifying the selection criteria for which Tokens to include in the reserve.
