Zelensky on US mineral protocol: I cannot sell Ukraine
On February 19, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky refuted Trump's claim that the United States provided $500 billion to Ukraine, and opposed the idea of "giving back minerals" to the United States through mineral exploration protocol, saying that "this is not a serious conversation." But he said he was ready to "draft a serious document" if the document contained "security guarantees." Zelensky said he was protecting Ukraine and that "I can't sell it."
