Golden Finance reported that JFry stated in a research report on Sunday that the profitability of BTCMining in September decreased compared to the previous month, as the average price of BTC remained basically unchanged, while the network hashrate pumped about 1.7%. The investment bank pointed out that the average daily income per exahash decreased by 2.6% compared to last month.
Analysts Jonathan Petersen and Joe Dickstein wrote: 'October appears to be a more difficult month, as BTC prices only pumped by about 5%, while network hashrate pumped by +11%, enough to offset this rise.'
