On October 4th, Jinshi Data reported that as of the closing of the day, the light crude oil futures price for November delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange surged by $3.61 to settle at $73.71 per barrel, up 5.15%; the crude oil futures price for December delivery on the London Brent surged by $3.72 to settle at $77.62 per barrel, up 5.03%.
