Fosun Wealth Holdings has just launched the tokenization of shares of Sisram Medical (1696.HK), an Israeli health technology company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with a total value of approximately 328 million USD.
According to the announcement on Tuesday, the stocks issued through the Vaulta ecosystem (EOS previously ), Solana, Ethereum, and Sonic. Fosun stated that this initiative applies Vaulta's "Banking OS," integrating Solana into the issuance and payment process.
This is the first equity capital asset to be included in the program. Fosun intends to continue tokenizing additional stocks and corporate bonds in the future, although details have not yet been disclosed.
Fosun's spokesperson shared: "Tokenizing Fosun's listed companies demonstrates our commitment to financial innovation and digital transformation. Through Vaulta and Solana, we can expand access to our investment portfolio, providing greater transparency, efficiency, and inclusivity for investors."
The event takes place against the backdrop of the tokenization of real assets (RWA) increasingly attracting global attention. According to data from RWA.xyz, the total value of RWA has reached 27.9 billion USD as of Tuesday, an increase of 7.4% compared to last month.
