On July 16, Jin10 reported that Baihe Co., Ltd. announced that its director Wang Wentong reduced his holdings in the company by a total of 424,000 shares through centralized bidding from June 13, 2025, to July 16, 2025, accounting for 0.6625% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range was 44.42 to 45.55 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 19.1454 million yuan. After the completion of this reduction plan, Mr. Wang Wentong currently holds 1.2735 million shares, and the shareholding ratio has decreased to 1.99%. The actual reduction situation is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan.
