On May 29, ChainWire reported that the Blockchain Builders Fund, co-founded by Stanford graduates Gil Rosen, Kun Peng, and Steven Willinger, (Blockchain Builders) announced the successful completion of a $28 million oversubscribed fund. With a focus on investing in blockchain startups at Stanford and other top institutions, the fund has invested more than $16 million in 40 blockchain projects in areas such as AI, infrastructure, DeFi, DePIN, payments, and RWA. The portfolio includes well-known projects such as the modular AI blockchain 0G, the supercomputer project Nexus Labs, the open access AI cloud Hyperbolic, and the blockless Layer-1 pod. The fund plans to complete the deployment of the remaining funds by the end of the year, and several projects are preparing to TGE( token generation event ).
