It is reported that Qianwen’s first integration is with China Eastern Airlines, launching a full-process AI ticketing service.
Alibaba Qianwen Business Unit President Wu Jia introduced that integrating with China Eastern Airlines is the first time “Qianwen Service” has stepped out of the Alibaba ecosystem and truly opened to the outside world, “We reconstructed the entire ticket service chain with China Eastern Airlines, where users only need to give commands to AI, and AI will call the system to serve the users, greatly improving user efficiency.”
