A few fair questions:
• Were the warning signs not visible earlier?
• How did such abnormal volume & liquidity go unnoticed?
• What monitoring systems are in place to detect this?
• How long was this happening before it was flagged publicly?
• Should exchanges act only after public exposure?
• What protection is there for traders who trusted the shown data?
• Will the investigation findings be made public?
From the outside, this raises serious concerns about oversight and accountability.
