🎯 Purpose: This form is used by Gate Ambassadors to submit KOL/KOC information for onboarding into the Gate Affiliate Program. Only KOLs/KOCs not previously onboarded through Gate can be submitted.

🌍 No regional restrictions, except for Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Turkey. Basic risk control review is required.

✅ Minimum Onboarding Requirements (Meet ANY ONE):
1️⃣ Crypto-focused Social Media Account
≥ 3,000 followers on X / Telegram / YouTube / TikTok
Content must be related to crypto / Web3 / DeFi / Airdrops / Trading
Non-crypto influencers are not eligible

2️⃣ Trader / Community Operator
Crypto trading or discussion community with ≥ 100 real members
Must show recent engagement (messages, discussions, or trading topics)

3️⃣ Proven Trading Performance on Other Exchanges
Screenshot evidence of historical referral trading volume ≥ 100,000 USDT
Must be verifiable and consistent (no cropped or fabricated images)
