In 2025, it recorded operating revenue of 139.941 billion yuan, up 5.92%; attributable net profit was -1.633 billion yuan. In 2025, the full year achieved 2.7462 million hours of safe flight operations and 1.0504 million takeoffs and landings; year-on-year, these were up 5.12% and 2.05%, respectively. It completed a total passenger and cargo turnover volume of 27.981 billion ton-kilometers and passenger transportation volume of 150 million persons; year-on-year, these increased by 10.82% and 6.67%, respectively. It realized operating revenue of 139.941 billion yuan, up 5.92%, with a total profit of 274 million yuan, turning a loss into a profit. In the same day’s announcement, the company said it plans to repurchase its shares for 500 million yuan to 1 billion yuan via centralized bidding transactions, with a repurchase price not exceeding 5 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used to reduce the company’s registered capital.
