In 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of 53.694 billion yuan, down 4.92% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders was 3.586 billion yuan, down 15.96% year-on-year; basic earnings per share were 1.7334 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 4.5 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares. During the reporting period, the company successfully won bids for 16 duty-free store operating right projects, including the entry and exit duty-free shops in the T2 terminal and S2 satellite hall of Shanghai Pudong International Airport, the entry and exit duty-free shop of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, the entry and exit duty-free shop in the T3 terminal of Beijing Capital International Airport, and the departure shop in the T3 terminal of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, among others. For city duty-free stores, all 13 city duty-free stores that obtained operating rights have achieved opening or operations. The company innovatively built a three-in-one operating model of “duty-free + tax-paid,” “offline + online,” and “import + domestic,” creating new immersive experiential consumption scenarios. The company also actively introduced high-quality domestic products with distinctive local characteristics, carried out the application for “departure tax refund store” qualifications and the implementation of an “buy immediately, get a refund immediately” model, thereby building a consumption environment of “no language barriers, no payment obstacles, and no service dead zones,” and improving the shopping experience of foreign passengers.
