dynamic annual plan, ensuring that the use of capital, the raising of
capital, and the supplementation of both endogenous and exogenous capital are
highly integrated, responding to market demand and calls.”

Liu Jun indicated that from ICBC’s PB and dividend yield, the overall return
rate is currently far higher than comparable investment and wealth management
products, demonstrating that ICBC has considerable investment value. “ICBC will
not stop here; we will continuously increase our wealth creation ability,
sustainably reflect investment value, and continuously give back to the market.”
