Recently, the Xiaodian District People’s Court successfully resolved 5 cases of leasing contract disputes involving “one plaintiff and multiple defendants from different provinces” through a one-stop multi-dispute resolution mechanism.

原告企业从事集装箱租赁业务，客户遍布多个省份，因部分个体承租人拖欠租金起诉至小店区人民法院。
The plaintiff company is engaged in container leasing business with clients across multiple provinces and has sued some individual lessees for unpaid rent at the Xiaodian District People’s Court.

进入先行调解程序后，调解员研判发现，系列案件存在地域跨度大、传统诉讼耗时耗力的难题，为减轻当事人烦恼，保障企业能够集中精力恢复经营，调解员将“案结事了人和”作为目标，倾注大量精力进行“背对背”沟通。
After entering the preliminary mediation process, the mediator assessed that the series of cases presented challenges due to the large geographic span and the time-consuming nature of traditional litigation. To alleviate the parties’ concerns and ensure that the company could focus on resuming operations, the mediator set the goal of “case closed, matters resolved, and harmony achieved,” dedicating significant effort to “back-to-back” communication.

对各位多省被告，调解员耐心倾听其陈述，疏解对立情绪，用通俗语言讲解法律规定和违约后果；对原告企业，调解员充分给予维权信心，同时从被告经营困难的实际情况出发，协商是否可以宽限时间。
For each of the defendants from different provinces, the mediator listened patiently to their statements, alleviated opposing emotions, and explained the legal provisions and consequences of breach in simple language. For the plaintiff company, the mediator provided confidence in their rights protection while also considering the actual difficulties faced by the defendants, negotiating whether a grace period could be given.

经过不懈努力，原告企业在还款期限上作出了合理让步，各个被告也认识到自身错误，积极筹措资金。
After relentless efforts, the plaintiff company made reasonable concessions on the repayment deadline, and each defendant acknowledged their mistakes and actively sought funds.

“没想到这么快就能解决纠纷，实打实拿到欠款，资金及时回笼让我们今后向好经营更有信心了！”
“I didn’t expect the dispute to be resolved so quickly! We received the owed payments, and the timely recovery of funds gives us more confidence in operating well in the future!”

据了解，5起案件剩余的租赁费用均已全部结清、案结事了，当事人冰释前嫌、皆大欢喜。
It is understood that all remaining leasing fees in the 5 cases have been settled, the cases closed, and the parties have reconciled, leaving everyone pleased.
