Recently, the Operator Finance Network summarized the negative behaviors reported in the past year from telecommunications equipment companies, among which, Shenzhou Green Alliance was reported for a serious negative behavior by China Mobile IoT.
On August 9, 2025, the China Mobile Procurement and Bidding Network released a notice regarding the handling results of negative behaviors of Beijing Shenzhou Green Alliance Technology Co., Ltd. The notice indicated that the company violated the “Implementation Rules for Negative Behavior Management of Suppliers of China Mobile IoT Co., Ltd.” in the procurement project of China Mobile IoT Co., Ltd.
The handling results showed that this violation was quite serious, affecting cooperation and deducting the bid guarantee.
Specifically, first, the company’s similar products (professional technical support services: network protection R&D field) were recorded as a serious negative behavior as of the date of the announcement.
Second, from the date of the announcement, China Mobile IoT prohibits cooperation with Beijing Shenzhou Green Alliance Technology Co., Ltd. in professional technical support services: network protection R&D field for three years.
In addition, the bid guarantee of this supplier was deducted by 35,064 yuan.
It is worth noting that this violation also affected cooperation in other product areas, and for the next three years, other products will have a deduction of 2 points (out of 100) from the comprehensive score of the current procurement review.
It is noteworthy that just before this report, in April 2025, Shenzhou Green Alliance was recorded for a serious negative behavior by Xinjiang Mobile due to violations and was banned from cooperating on IDC system maintenance service products for three years.
According to Tianyancha information, Beijing Shenzhou Green Alliance Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company Green Alliance Technology, and the legal representative and manager of the company is Liu Duo.
