Hendie (00012) Hung Hom First Court, will launch 131 units in the first phase tomorrow, with 123 units sold by price list and another 8 units offered through tender.

Market sources indicate that as of 8 p.m. tonight, over 4,100 ballots have been received, representing approximately 32 times oversubscription compared to the 123 units available by price list.

The units in the first phase include 44 one-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom, and 19 three-bedroom units, plus one storage room, with usable areas ranging from 265 to 534 square feet, with an actual selling price starting from HKD 5.2281 million, an effective price per square foot starting from HKD 18,882, and an average effective price per square foot of HKD 21,228.
