Beijing Business Today (Reporter Liao Meng) On March 16, the Qingdao Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration released a reply regarding the board director appointment qualification of Fu Yan at Lujiazui International Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lujiazui International Trust"), approving Fu Yan's board director appointment qualification. In accordance with regulatory requirements, Fu Yan shall strictly comply with the relevant regulatory provisions of the Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, assume office within 3 months from the date of the administrative license decision, and report the assumption of office within 10 business days after taking office.

(hereinafter referred to as “Lujiazui International Trust”), approving Fu Yan’s eligibility to serve as a director. In accordance with regulatory requirements, Fu Yan must strictly comply with the relevant regulations of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, assume office within three months from the date of the administrative licensing decision, and report his arrival within ten working days after taking office.
