Phantom acquisition of Solana trading platform Solsniper accelerates diversification development
[Bitu] Phantom announced the acquisition of the AI Solana memecoin trading platform Solsniper.
Phantom posted on social media: "We have acquired Solsniper, which is one of the fastest and most advanced trading platforms on Solana. Solsniper is focused on precision and speed, helping traders monitor tokens, track wallets, and react instantly."
Phantom also stated: "Phantom is no longer just a wallet... As we expand our product range and accelerate our pace of development, more strategic acquisitions are expected. The Solsniper network platform will continue to operate as an independent service, with more features and improvements launching in the coming months."
Phantom was originally a web3 wallet focused on the Solana ecosystem in 2021. Earlier this year, Phantom announced that it raised $150 million in a Series C funding round led by an investment firm, with a valuation of $3 billion.
