The Bitcoin Layer 2 network Botanix announced the launch of its Mainnet, which has now integrated applications such as GMX and Dolomite, and has synchronized access with ecosystem partners like Chainlink and Fireblocks. Botanix stated that since launching its Testnet in December 2024, its Testnet has processed over 26 million transactions, with an average transaction fee of only about $0.02 after the Mainnet launch. Previously, Botanix Labs announced the completion of a $11.5 million financing round, led by Polychain Capital.
