Bitcoin World has applied again to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for a virtual asset trading license.
According to the updated data from the official website of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, Bitcoin World Technology Limited has submitted another application for a virtual asset trading platform license to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission on June 10. The name of this virtual asset trading platform is "Bitcoin World", and the Chinese name is not applicable.
It is reported that the company first submitted an application for a virtual asset trading platform license to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission on May 17, 2024, with the name of the virtual asset trading platform being "bitcoinworld". The application was subsequently returned on October 10 of the same year. As of now, there are a total of 10 licensed virtual asset trading platforms announced by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, with 9 applicants.
