The lawsuit claims Oracle misrepresented its AI infrastructure strategy, leading to massive CapEx increases without comparable revenue growth, and created risks for its debt, credit rating, and free cash flow. Investors who purchased Oracle securities between June 12, 2025, and December 16, 2025, are encouraged to join the suit, with a lead plaintiff deadline of April 6, 2026.
