🔥Trump says he has asked Netanyahu to be "more low-key" in Lebanon
On April 10, U.S. President Trump stated in an interview that he had asked Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to be "more low-key" in Lebanon's military operations to align with U.S. diplomatic efforts to broker a ceasefire with Iran. Trump said he had spoken with Netanyahu, who agreed to "reduce the intensity" of the operations, and that Israel is "scaling back" its military activities in Lebanon. Previously, there were reports that Trump had asked Israel during the call to reduce strikes on Lebanon and to engage in negotiations with the Lebanese government to discuss disarming Hezbollah.
