Of this, China National Petroleum Corp. increased its holdings of approximately 201 million A shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system by way of centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.11% of the company’s total share capital, with a total increase amount of approximately RMB 2B; its wholly owned subsidiary, FairyKing Investments Ltd., increased its holdings of approximately 108 million H shares through the system of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, accounting for 0.06% of the company’s total share capital, with the total increase amount converted into RMB of approximately RMB 801 million. At present, the relevant shareholding increase plan has been fully implemented.
