据普华永道发送的邮件显示，巴哈马最高法院已正式任命 FTX Digital Markets 的临时清算人 Brian C. Simms KC、Peter J. Greaves 和 Kevin G. Cambridge 为联合正式清算人(JOL)，并授予JOL 依据《2011年公司(清盘修正案)法》为 FTX Digital的客户和债权人的利益变现资产、启动索赔和解程序以及在合适的情况下向客户和债权人进行分配的权力。

邮件称，在FTX Digital与其他 FTX集团实体指定的(美国破产法)第11章债务人之间启动调解程序后，JOL 进行了为期数月的谈判以解决双方之间的所有争端，并争取对各自的破产程序的相互支持。
JOL 称，FTX Digital 与债权人的谈判正在取得「有意义的进展」，一旦谈判结束，JOL将开始处理债权人对财产提出的索赔。
According to an email sent by PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Supreme Court of the Bahamas has formally appointed the provisional liquidators of FTX Digital Markets, Brian C. Simms KC, Peter J. Greaves and Kevin G. Cambridge, as Joint Official Liquidators (JOL). And grant to JOL to realise assets for the benefit of FTX Digital's customers and creditors in accordance with the Companies (Winding Up Amendment) Act 2011,Power to commence claims settlement proceedings and, where appropriate, make distributions to customers and creditors. According to the email, following the initiation of mediation proceedings between FTX Digital and Chapter 11 debtors appointed by other FTX Group entities, JOL conducted months of negotiations to resolve all disputes between the parties and seek mutual support for their respective bankruptcy proceedings. JOL said FTX Digital was making "meaningful progress" in its negotiations with creditors and that it would begin to deal with creditors' claims against the property once the negotiations were concluded.
