When discussing how enterprises can determine their positioning during industrial upgrades and cross-industry transformations, Fang Rong pointed out that competition in the AI era has transcended traditional “cross-border” thinking, and is essentially about enabling through dimensionality reduction.

In terms of market positioning, ZTE focuses on the most complex processes, lowest tolerance for error, and highest data dependency areas, thereby building a competitive moat that is difficult to imitate.

针对产业升级与工业基础侵蚀的平衡问题，方榕提出用“数字化主权”替代“物理占有”。
In addressing the balance between industrial upgrades and the erosion of industrial foundations, Fang Rong proposed replacing “physical possession” with “digital sovereignty.”
她指出，从经济回报看，产业升级的核心是提升资本回报率，中兴通讯通过AI技术赋能柔性制造，实现“小批量、多品种、快响应”的生产模式升级，以复杂度红利带来的回报，远超产业转移节省的人工成本。
She pointed out that, from an economic return perspective, the core of industrial upgrading is to enhance capital return rates. ZTE empowers flexible manufacturing through AI technology, achieving an upgrade to a “small batch, multiple varieties, fast response” production model, with returns from complexity dividends far exceeding the labor cost savings from industrial transfers.
防止工业基础侵蚀的关键在于核心技术，通过将核心技术模型知识产权化，即便物理组装环节发生转移，只要核心“大脑”和规则掌握在手中，工业基础便完成了数字化转型而非流失。
The key to preventing the erosion of industrial foundations lies in core technology. By intellectual property rights for core technology model, even if the physical assembly stage is transferred, as long as the core “brain” and rules are in hand, the industrial foundation has completed digital transformation rather than loss.

谈及AI时代产业发展的长期根基，方榕强调，人才是核心资产而非成本，AI时代的竞争归根结底是人机协同效率的竞争。
When discussing the long-term foundation for industrial development in the AI era, Fang Rong emphasized that talent is a core asset rather than a cost, and competition in the AI era ultimately boils down to competition in human-machine collaborative efficiency.
中兴通讯不以AI替代人力为目标，而以AI放大人的价值为核心，这种“人+AI”的组织形态，是任何人力低成本区域短期内难以模仿的，也是企业真正不可迁移的工业根基与未来竞争的终极壁垒。
ZTE does not aim to replace human labor with AI, but rather to amplify human value with AI as the core. This “human + AI” organizational form is difficult for any low-cost labor region to imitate in the short term, and it represents the true industrial foundation that cannot be relocated and the ultimate barrier for future competition.

面对AI技术迅猛发展带来的算法偏见、隐私泄露等挑战，方榕在发言中特别强调了数据安全与AI伦理的重要性。
In the face of challenges such as algorithmic bias and privacy breaches brought about by the rapid development of AI technology, Fang Rong particularly emphasized the importance of data security and AI ethics in her speech.
她认为，安全是AI信任的基础，伦理是智能向善的前提。

中兴通讯始终将数据安全、网络防护与AI伦理建设作为企业核心竞争力，而非单纯的合规要求，已成立专门的科技伦理委员会，将伦理审查嵌入产品全流程，并在企业可持续发展报告中公开实践成果，以透明化建设赢得社会信任。
ZTE has always regarded data security, network protection, and the establishment of AI ethics as core competitive advantages, rather than mere compliance requirements. It has established a dedicated technology ethics committee, embedded ethical reviews into the entire product process, and publicly disclosed practical results in corporate sustainability reports to win social trust through transparency.

去年12月，中兴通讯与字节跳动合作的搭载豆包手机助手的技术预览版AI手机实现全球率先发布，这类AI创新技术的核心价值是让人们做更多事情，而非简单替代人力、缩减人力规模，这一新范式也对现有规则、标准与规范带来了新要求。
In December last year, ZTE launched the world’s first AI phone equipped with the Doubao mobile assistant in collaboration with ByteDance. The core value of such AI innovative technology is to enable people to do more things, rather than simply replacing labor or reducing labor scale. This new paradigm also brings new demands on existing rules, standards, and norms.
对于中兴通讯AI创新落地的最新进展，方榕介绍：“相关工作现在都在抓紧推进，我们也希望大家能大规模地用到AI手机。”
Regarding the latest progress in ZTE’s AI innovation implementation, Fang Rong introduced: “Related work is being expedited, and we hope everyone can use AI phones on a large scale.”

在系统级AI能力布局上，中兴通讯融合OpenClaw等先进智能体技术，推出自研“Co-Claw”并已于春节后首个工作日正式上线。
In terms of system-level AI capability layout, ZTE integrates advanced agent technologies such as OpenClaw, launching its self-developed “Co-Claw,” which officially went live on the first working day after the Spring Festival.
方榕称，目前，中兴通讯不仅在内部打造人机协同、与AI共生的高效工作环境，同时面向B端与C端推进应用落地，尤其在数据安全方面重点发力，为AI规模化应用筑牢安全底座。
Fang Rong stated that currently, ZTE is not only creating an efficient working environment for human-machine collaboration and co-existence with AI internally, but is also promoting application implementation for both B-end and C-end, especially focusing on data security to build a solid security foundation for the large-scale application of AI.
