At the display area of Aiko Medical Devices (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a metal stent model as fine as a hair yet intricately designed stood out.
今年,这家创新医疗器械企业亮出了神经介入产品“全家福”,从出血性、缺血性卒中治疗到通路类产品一字排开,那些用比头发丝还细的材料制成的精密器械,在展灯照射下泛着细碎的金属微光。
This year, the innovative medical device company showcased a “family portrait” of neuro-interventional products, lined up from hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke treatments to access products, with precision instruments made from materials thinner than a hair, shimmering under the exhibition lights.

展台中央,一个30厘米长、通体银白的流水线型网状模型引的不少观展人驻足。
In the center of the booth, a 30-centimeter long, fully silver streamlined mesh model attracted many attendees.
工作人员向记者指出,这是Lattice血流导向密网支架放大300倍后的样子,它的真身直径仅有2到5毫米。
Staff pointed out to reporters that this is the Lattice flow-directed mesh stent magnified 300 times, with a real diameter of only 2 to 5 millimeters.

为了让记者更直观地感受产品的真实尺寸和质地,工作人员从展台一侧取出一个透明的圆形环状管。

记者接过展品仔细端详,那根纤细到几乎看不见的金属丝里,还藏着一串像糖葫芦般串起的自膨式机械球囊。
The reporter took the exhibit for a closer look; within the nearly invisible fine metal wire, there was a string of self-expanding mechanical balloons strung together like candied hawthorns.
抵达病灶位置后,球囊会像雨伞撑开一样,把支架稳稳撑开,形成和血管内径完美贴合的网状中空管。
Upon reaching the lesion site, the balloon will open like an umbrella, steadily expanding the stent to form a mesh hollow tube that perfectly fits the inner diameter of the blood vessel.
“这个支架的网眼特别密,就像一个精准的‘筛子’,能把冲进动脉瘤的血流挡回去,同时给正常血流留出畅通的通道。
“This stent’s mesh is particularly dense, like a precise ‘sieve,’ capable of blocking the blood flow rushing into the aneurysm while leaving a clear path for normal blood flow.
时间一长,没有了血流冲击,动脉瘤就会慢慢萎缩闭合,再也没有破裂的风险。”
Over time, without blood flow impact, the aneurysm will gradually shrink and close, eliminating the risk of rupture,” the staff introduced.

该工作人员指出,这款支架术后12个月动脉瘤成功闭塞率超91.4%,支架内狭窄率仅1.8%,远低于国际主流器械14.5%的水平。

记者了解到,这套系统能实现长期、稳定、高效率的神经元细胞级别信号采集,配合企业自研的深度神经网络解码算法,能做到毫秒级实时解码,实现超高精度的纯脑控运动控制,可适配多种临床场景。
The reporter learned that this system enables long-term, stable, and high-efficiency neuron cell-level signal acquisition, and combined with the company’s self-developed deep neural network decoding algorithm, it can achieve millisecond-level real-time decoding, enabling ultra-high precision pure brain-controlled movement, adaptable to various clinical scenarios.

记者从本届中关村论坛年会上了解到,截至目前,本市已累计获批国家创新医疗器械84个、手术机器人43个、人工智能医疗器械60个,数量均居全国第一。
