People’s Financial News April 7th - Kele Co., Ltd. (301070) announced on April 7th that the company plans to increase its capital by investing in Fujian Weitai Si Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Weitai Si Optoelectronics” or “the target company”) and to acquire part of its shareholders’ equity through cash purchase, obtaining no less than 51% of the target company’s equity. After the completion of this transaction, the target company will become a controlling subsidiary of the company. Currently, Weitai Si Optoelectronics’ core products are precisely focused on the optical communication field.
