Its wholly owned subsidiary, FairyKing Investments Ltd., through the system of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, increased its holdings of approximately 108 million H shares, accounting for 0.06% of the company’s total issued share capital, with a total acquisition amount converted into RMB of approximately 801 million yuan. At present, the related shareholding increase plan has been fully implemented.
