In January 2026, the National Energy Administration issued 196 million green certificates (GCs), covering 832,000 renewable energy power generation projects. Of these, 151 million tradable green certificates were issued, accounting for 76.79%. This batch issued 152 million green certificates corresponding to the renewable energy electricity generated in December 2025, accounting for 77.49%. (National Energy Administration)
