The continuity of transactions and the conversion of cycles

There is a famous saying on Wall Street: mediocre traders trade with technology, while top traders trade with conviction. The difference between mediocre traders and trading masters lies not in the level of technology, but in trading conviction and internal skills.
Regardless of whether you are an old or new investor, there are always these questions: What is a cycle, what are major levels and minor levels, how long should I hold, and where is my target? "Why do others have ancestral orders at the bottom, and why are they always successful at hitting the peak?" That is the cycle, multiple time cycles, including yearly charts, weekly charts, daily charts, 4-hour charts, 1-hour charts, 15-minute charts, etc.
By using multiple cycles for horizontal and vertical analysis, one can better understand the trading situation across different time periods.
The following is the analysis of LSTD:
L stands for Location, indicating the position, which determines the current price level's orientation in terms of the market in a larger time frame.
T stands for Trend, indicating the trend, which determines what trend the current price level belongs to in the medium time frame;
S and D stand for Supply & Demand, representing the supply and demand zones, determining whether to short in the supply zone or go long in the demand zone on smaller time frames.
Directional analysis determines the direction, and directly trading in different cycles leads to the phenomenon of why others have inherited long positions, because the trading cycles are different!
Psychological Analysis: Trading systems are neither good nor bad, and indicators have no superiority or inferiority. Many people possess profitable trading systems but are unable to execute them, largely due to their doubts about the system and a lack of firm belief in their trading system. We not only need a trading system but also a belief system.
The frequency and duration of monitoring the market vary for different cycles. If you are focusing on daily and weekly levels, constantly checking the market will only interfere with your strategy. When you start to doubt, your trading plan is already failing.
First of all, when we get a good position of the list, we must have a clear goal: no matter how the dog village is washed, Lala smashing is unmoved, that is, not deliberately due to short-term changes in the K-line, many times will be deceived by the dealer out of the list. We have a clear stop-loss and take-profit thinking, then to open an order, that is, to rely on the technical analysis of the disk before opening the order, after opening the order, adhering to the principle of admitting death, stop loss to where to go, ignore the disk, take profit then choose to take profit in batches, all the way to the short position, waiting for the next opportunity, good hunters are good at waiting.
For example, an intraday trade:
Preparation before placing an order:
Review the daily chart of the coin you want to trade, then the 4-hour chart, the 1-hour chart, and the 15-minute chart, to get a general understanding of the overall market situation. Then, write down your trading plan, specifying what actions to take at what price. Set alerts for key price levels on the charting software you usually use. When the alerts come, follow your plan to execute trades. If there are no alerts for a while, check the trend again to see if it matches your original expectations, and determine whether you need to modify your original trading plan.
Hope to bring help to everyone, please pay attention, don't get lost! #交易的持续性和周期转换#
