Gate Has Integrated Polkadot (DOT) Mainnet, Deposit Enabled (Claim DOT to Share 100 DOT)

Gate has finished the integration with the Polkadot mainnet, as part of its effort to facilitate users with more access to prominent and high-quality blockchain projects. Users who hold DOT can now go through the integration process with a Gate DOT address to claim their DOT and deposit DOT on Gate immediately.



Users who conduct the integration and make a deposit before 4:00 AM GMT on July 22nd will have the opportunity to share 100 DOT (around 10,000 to 20,000 USD).



Users who hold DOT can claim their DOT asset via the following method (money migrated in about 10 minutes).

2. Go to https://polkadot.js.org/apps
   
   
   
   Click (My Account) under ‘Account’ => click ‘Add Contacts’ => enter the Gate DOT deposit address. Give it a name such as ‘Gate,’ and click ‘Save.’
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Go to https://polkadot.js.org/apps/#/claims
   
   
   
   Choose the newly created claim account => click ‘Continue,’ and enter the ETH address from the DOT sale.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   Click ‘Continue’ and copy the code in the red box (which will be shown) below. Head over to MEW (or other ETH signature software) for the signing procedure. Enter the MEW signature in the input area, and click ‘Confirm Claim.’
   
   
   
   
4. How to get a MEW signature
   

1. Go to MEW via https://www.myetherwallet.com/interface/sign-message
   
   
   
2. Click ‘Software,’ click ‘Keystore File,’ and load the ETH address from the DOT sale; users who bought DOT through a hardware wallet need to choose ‘Hardware’ at this point.
   
   
   
   
   
3. After loading the wallet, click (Sign Message) under ‘Message’=> input the code copied from the red box in step 3, and click ‘Sign.’ After that, copy the MEW signature back in the input area in step 3, and click ‘Confirm Claim.’
   
   
   
   

5. Visit the Gate DOT deposit page
