Golden Finance reports that on April 20th, at the Hong Kong Web3 Festival, Ant Group’s CTO Yan Ying first proposed an architectural concept for the intelligent agent economy—the “4R Full-Stack Architecture”—which covers four levels: agentic runtime, payment rails, agent registry, and root infrastructure, aiming to provide technical infrastructure for AI agents that covers identity, payment, risk control, and compliance.
Her speech pointed out that the current foundation of the intelligent agent economy has “four cracks”: execution out of control caused by prompt logic loopholes, responsibility vacuum due to AI lacking credible identity, transaction barriers caused by human-centered payment gateways, and collaboration risks due to unfamiliar agents lacking trust. “This is not something that can be fixed with a simple software patch; it requires a redesign from the underlying infrastructure level.”
